WHAT I DO
Many organisations pay for expensive audits and market insight reports, with the recommendations for marketing improvements frequently just left...sitting there, gathering dust in a drawer. The reports will give clear marketing proposals and plans to help solve whatever problem(s) they are faced with. BUT, all too commonly:
-
There is limited or no internal resource and/or expertise to execute them.
-
There is nobody who can drive activity day-to-day.
-
This results in slow progress and missed targets.
I fix this. I don’t hand you a strategy deck and walk away.
I deliver outputs such as:

I’m Amy Lindley, owner of Lovett Marketing & Communications (LMC). I have resurrected my maiden name for this business - it really is a great name and I missed it. My husband is perfectly relaxed about the whole thing.

I’ve spent twenty years in marketing, communications, and ecommerce in retail, financial services, and education. Highlights include work with B&Q, Joules, Dunelm and BGL Group, and most recently rebuilding Stamford School’s marketing and admissions team during its move to full co-education, delivering record enquiries and applications. I bring fresh thinking without forgetting how real teams actually work.

I run on decent coffee, optimism, and a get-on-with-it attitude. I like progress and clarity, and I like being the person who lifts the weight off someone’s plate.

If you want experience, pace, and a human approach, I’m here. Call, text, or email me - whatever suits.
ABOUT ME
NICE THINGS PEOPLE SAY ABOUT ME
"Amy made a significant impact at Stamford (School) during a period of major change. She rebuilt the External Relations function from the ground up, introduced a clear and effective marketing and admissions strategy, and delivered record enquiry numbers and event attendance as a result. She works quickly, is very hands-on, and consistently delivers what she sets out to do. On top of that, she’s straightforward, professional, and good company. Any school or organisation would benefit from her drive and expertise".
Iain Cornelissen-Hammond, Director of Finance, Stamford School
"Amy is a brilliant addition to any marketing team. She gets stuck in and gets things done. Amy makes the work more fun and always add her brilliant, candid personality to everything she takes on, most importantly treating her agency as a partner, not a supplier. I’ve loved working with her across multiple brands".
Hanisha Kotecha, Head of Brand and Marketing, North London Collegiate School. Formerly Chief Client Director at Creature London advertising agency
"Amy would be an asset to any team. With a strong digital background, she is able to combine insight and creativity to deliver customer focussed propositions that address business challenges. She was a trusted member of the team who I really enjoyed working with and I would jump at the opportunity to work with her again."
Nicola Stubbs, Head of Brand, Boxxe Tech Solutions. Formerly Marketing Director at BGL Group
"I was really lucky to have the opportunity to work with Amy and her Team at BGL Life. We worked together on a number of joint activities which meant I saw how creative Amy is in her role, with a broad range of transferable skills. Amy was very successful in leading and inspiring her team to deliver her departmental objectives, and this is down to her leadership skills".
